At kanyas.in, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have developed a return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Exchange
Our return policy provides you with an opportunity to have a replacement of the original product with the same or a variation of the product within 7 days from the date of delivery or order completion, whichever is earlier. To request an exchange, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account and go to the order history page.
- Click on the “Exchange” button beside the product you wish to exchange.
- The exchange button will be enabled for the 7-day exchange window.
- The product should be in unused condition with all the package contents like the products and accessories, invoice, price tags intact.
- When requesting for an exchange, you have to choose the product variation with which you want to exchange the product. You will also have to choose a correct reason for exchange and upload photos of the product before submitting the exchange request.
- The exchange request is subject to approval when it reaches our hub. We shall arrange to pick up the product at no extra cost.
- If the exchange request is approved, we shall dispatch the replacement product within 7 business days. We shall bear the shipping cost. The order tracking will be opened with an updated order ID reference to the old one for your reference.
Order Cancellation or Refund
- You can cancel the product when the order is under process and not dispatched. We shall provide a full refund to your wallet. If the product is dispatched, order cancellation is not possible.
- If the product is QC cleared after reaching our hub on exchange request, it may happen that your requested exchange variation is out of stock. We shall provide you with a full refund of the order amount. You will receive the refund in your wallet or the original payment method, whichever you choose.
Please note that the following conditions apply
- We do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of delivery or order completion.
- The product should be in its original condition with all packaging materials, accessories, and price tags intact.
- We do not accept returns for the products once purchased with no vaild reasons.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it does not meet our return policy guidelines.
- We have right to change the return policy anytime, however if you are a registered member of our website, you sall get an automatic notification regarding any change in the return policy
Damaged Product: We do not accept exchange requests for damaged products. However, it may happen that the product is damaged in transit and you have received the product in a damaged condition itself. In this scenario, the customer needs to send an email to support@kanyas.in describing the product’s condition when received with photos within 24 hours from the delivery of the product. We shall definitely analyse the case and provide an exchange or return opportunity for the product as per our discretion. After 24 hours of delivery no such request will be accepted.
